Job Title: Strategy Manager

This key role requires a seasoned strategist to drive sharper thinking, clearer execution, and better business outcomes for digital marketing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop actionable strategies that align with client goals across multiple digital channels.
  • Transform strategy into executable plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and resourcing.
  • Monitor campaigns and performance data to identify risks, surface successes, and trigger adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with sales & delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support revenue growth through strategic insights in business reviews and pitch decks.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by integrating new tactics, tools, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, strategy, or client success roles, with at least 2 years in a similar position and 2 years managing multiple accounts in an agency setting.
