Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI-focused initiatives, optimizing ad spend, and scaling performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for enhanced targeting.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Continuously test and refine creative assets, copy, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and ad platform enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and advertising best practices.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform performance-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals to align paid and organic marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey campaign results and insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience in managing multi-client campaigns within an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
