Web Development and SEO Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with expertise in Search Engine Optimization to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company website to drive performance, content, and user experience.

You will develop and execute SEO strategies to increase visibility and traffic, run and optimize SEM / Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI, handle backend linking, product listings, and digital integrations. Additionally, you will maintain technical knowledge of search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and web analytics tools.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of website management, SEO & SEM principles, proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and backend linking, e-commerce SEO & digital integrations. Analytical skills with attention to detail are also essential.

In terms of qualifications, we require a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, IT, or related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and website handling. Experience in hospitality / e-commerce is preferred.
