Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Marketing Expert to join our team and lead the development of impactful paid campaigns while driving online presence growth.

This role is a blend of creative digital marketing and data-driven campaign execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both content creation and analytics.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. 1. Digital Content Creation

• Develop and implement monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to create engaging posts, reels, shorts, and stories.

• Publish daily content across various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more.

• Write compelling captions & CTAs to boost engagement and conversions.

• Manage community interactions (messages, comments, groups).

• Track and share user engagement insights with the team.

  1. 2. Performance Marketing

• Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

• Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and support ongoing optimizations.

• Execute A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.

• Run retargeting campaigns and support funnel optimization.

• Prepare and maintain weekly performance reports.

  1. Analytics & Growth

• Track and analyze key organic and paid metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, conversions).

• Stay updated on social trends, platform algorithms, and ad marketing benchmarks.

• Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, webinars, and testimonials.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (EdTech/Finance preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and UTM tagging
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with YouTube Lives or webinars
  • Knowledge of SEO for social content, hashtag strategies, and lead-gen via CTAs
  • Interest in finance-related content
