Job Title: RevOps Manager (HubSpot Implementation)

  • We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to play a key role in shaping our dedicated Revenue Operations team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows HubSpot inside out, not just CRM basics.

We're looking for a results-driven individual to lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up full-funnel Revenue Operations systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
  • Configuring lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing
  • Mapping revenue processes and building scalable workflows and automations
  • Implementing integrations with other platforms (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses)
  • Auditing funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages
  • Building real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking
  • Managing data governance (properties, objects, workflows) within HubSpot
  • Collaborating with GTM teams to roll out a holistic Revenue Operations framework for clients
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of hands-on Revenue Operations and HubSpot implementation experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups (Marketing + CRM + CX)
  • Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs)
  • Analytical mindset — you can find leaks in the funnel and back it up with data
