Customer Relationship Management Manager
Job Description:This is a full-time role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship strategies to foster customer loyalty and retention.
Daily tasks include analysing customer data, managing CRM software, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The CRM Manager will work on market segmentation and collaborate with project management to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong Analytical Skills: Data analysis and insights
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective customer interaction and team collaboration
- Experience in Sales and Market Segmentation: Familiarity with CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, etc)
- Proven Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM Software and Tools: Map and own the repeat customer journey; nudge and retain existing customers; build sustainable revenue streams from loyalty and retention
