
Executive Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth and drive performance improvements across our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, product launches, process enhancements, category expansion, and vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis to inform business decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of design requirements and customer experiences to maximize business results.
- Lead, motivate, and manage high-performing teams of professionals.
- Create an ecosystem that fosters successful design experiences for internal teams and customers.
- Evaluate and ensure high-quality design closure for products and services.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a Master's degree preferred.
- At least 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to convey business requirements clearly.
- Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting experience required.
- Dedication to continuous improvement in design and design experiences.
- Deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, and customer needs.
