We're looking for an Outbound Specialist to help us scale our sales engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop outbound campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
- Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence.
- Cross-functionally collaborate to gather inputs and feedback.
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics.
- Coach and guide team members on outbound best practices.
Requirements:
- A strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation.
- Proficiency with CRM and outbound automation tools.
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs.
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
