At Green Pastures Management Consultancy, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Co-ordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales or inside sales/sales development representative role.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of communication skills, self-motivation, patience, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
