**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our IT infrastructure sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the IT staffing industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive business growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure team success.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team success and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base, and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, working closely with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
**Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IT staffing industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
**Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
