Strategic Business Development Manager

Afcons Infrastructure Ltd., a part of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, is a leading EPC infrastructure construction company with a presence across India and globally.
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role entails facilitation of strategy development and implementation with Business Units and Departments heads.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in corporate strategy/management consulting or a similar field, along with an MBA from a top-tier college. B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Close coordination with Top Management, including Executive Vice Chairman, Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, and Business Units heads.
- Developing market understanding through primary and secondary research across segments (current and potential).
- Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking against key metrics.
- Assessment and monitoring of geographies to identify opportunities and develop market entry strategies.
**Communications & Internal Relationships Management:
* Direct communication with leadership team and business unit heads.
* Negotiations and dealing directly with research providers.
* Work closely with the Shapoorji Pallonji Group Strategy Team.
* High visibility role requiring experience of working with Senior Management.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹50-80 lakhs per annum.
