Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure maximum site visits and drive property closures within the month. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, conducting site visits, and effectively guiding prospective buyers through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and arrange site visits to showcase our properties.
  • Conduct thorough property presentations, highlighting the key features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Actively engage with clients during site visits, address their queries, and provide accurate information about the properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate - Central market, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence potential buyers and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market and understanding of property trends and pricing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
