Job Summary:

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the Associate position, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical assistance and support to our users.

You will be responsible for identifying and resolving basic technical issues related to Odessa, Platform Tools, and API/network connectivity. Additionally, you will perform configuration changes in Odessa to meet user requirements and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for users requiring technical assistance via email, forms, or telephone.
  • Identifying and resolving basic technical issues related to Odessa, Platform Tools, and API/network connectivity.
  • Performing configuration changes in Odessa to meet user needs.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams or Odessa when necessary, ensuring proper documentation of the escalation process.
