Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust-based relationships.
  • Understand each client's business requirements and configure their account accordingly.
  • Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup.
  • Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff.
  • Share best practices to help restaurants maximize the value of our platform.
  • Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers.
  • Take ownership of user issues, track tickets, collaborate with engineering, and report on root causes.
  • Escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
  • Communicate with users in clear, friendly, and professional language.
  • Proactively engage with clients to anticipate needs and offer solutions.
  • Delight customers and turn them into brand ambassadors for our platform.
Requirements
  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language.
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Highly available and willing to travel locally within the assigned metro city for client visits.
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences.
