Network Support Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Network Support Specialist to join our team.

  • This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts.
  • Experience with DDI solutions, Linux/Unix, Microsoft Windows Server environments, and network administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of our technical infrastructure and systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently and collaboratively with engineering teams as needed.
  • Sharing knowledge and mentoring peers to drive continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
