We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert level technical support and guidance to customers on network-related issues.


This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting complex network problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.


To be successful in this role, you must have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Prior experience in computer networking is essential, as well as a solid understanding of network protocols and technologies.


The selected candidate will be expected to work independently, think critically, and make sound judgments when dealing with complex customer cases.


A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Networking certifications are also a plus.

• Prior experience in computer networking

• Proficiency in tools such as Wireshark/tcpdump
