Job Title: Enterprise Network Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned network engineer to join our team and contribute their expertise in managing complex network environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with F5 load balancers, Cloudflare WAF, Palo Alto & Azure firewalls, IPSec VPN.

The successful candidate will assist in network-related tasks part of a migration project and collaborate with cross-functional teams including network operations, application support, automation, and project teams.

Key qualities include strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot Blue Yonder cloud network environment, focusing on F5-LTM and firewall expertise.
  • Work closely with Product Support, Development, and Cloud Operations teams for timely and appropriate communication regarding assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations, Architecture, and Security teams.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Foster strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders to build VPN tunnels and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Manage F5 URL provisioning, validation, and Cloudflare WAF configurations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in Information Technology, with 6+ years of relevant expertise in F5 LTM, Cloudflare WAF, ASA/PALO ALTO/AZURE firewalls.

Essential Skills:

  • F5 Load Balancer Administration: iRule Development, SSL Management, Advanced Networking Concepts, Traffic Management Policies.
  • Cloudflare WAF Management: Experience with WAF operations, log review, rule fine-tuning, stakeholder collaboration, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Firewall Skills: Configuration of firewall policies and VPN tunnel configuration and troubleshooting.
