Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Manager

We're seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Customer Success efforts and drive high customer satisfaction. This role involves setting up and scaling our Support and Success teams, fostering a community of product evangelists, and collaborating with Product to inform future development.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience in a Lead/Manager position, who possesses strong empathy for customers, and can work effectively with the US Time Zone. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
