Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Procurement Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to source high-quality products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage relationships.
  • Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost savings.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. MBA or MS in HR/Purchasing is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and procurement, preferably in retail.
  • Strong HR and procurement skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP, HRBP, or CPHR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in retail or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and procurement systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and use a computer.
