Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the acquisition of top talent for key positions within our organization.

This role requires close collaboration with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and workforce requirements.

  • Responsible for volume hiring into critical teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Designing comprehensive talent strategies that align with business goals, including identification of necessary skills and experience.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment plans, headcount forecasting, and budgeting initiatives.
  • Providing expert guidance and counsel to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process from initial approval to successful onboarding.
Essential Qualifications
  • Masters Degree or equivalent in a relevant field and minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Extensive experience with HR data and systems, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, autonomous professional who can translate business strategies into actionable hiring needs while navigating complex workflows.

They should possess exceptional communication skills, be able to analyze data to inform decisions, and collaborate effectively with leadership to drive recruiting focus areas.
