
Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead our recruitment efforts and build a strong, values-driven team culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving top talent acquisition, developing people-centric strategies, and cultivating a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments
- Develop compelling job descriptions and manage the end-to-end hiring process
- Cultivate a positive and engaging work culture by planning and executing employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives
- Define key performance indicators (KRAs), review cycles, and learning goals for all departments
- Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams
Requirements:
- A results-driven, process-oriented HR professional with a passion for building strong relationships
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labor laws in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
- Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
