Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:

  As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function. This includes mentoring and coaching the team to hire top talent.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Mentor and coach the team to ensure they are equipped to handle complex recruitment tasks.
  • Set hiring targets based on business plans defined by clients and review progress regularly.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports for clients on recruitment status.
  • Lead client connect calls to keep them informed of recruitment progress.
  • Responsible for devising overall recruitment strategies that meet service level agreements.
  • Manage vendors and oversee final stages of candidate selection.
  • Ensure salary offers are within pay bands.

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Lead/Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Team management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • International recruitment experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
