A seasoned Talent Acquisition professional is required to drive recruitment strategies and hire top talent for our organization's foreign university campuses in India.
About the Role:This role will focus on hiring high-quality candidates by leveraging a strong understanding of the education landscape and networks across institutions.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a high-performing workforce that embodies our organization's values and fuels its growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, understanding workforce needs through partnerships with hiring managers, business heads, and leadership.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social media, academic networks, and talent pools) to identify and engage high-quality candidates, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of active and passive talent for current and future roles.
- Candidate Experience: Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring candidates experience professionalism and transparency at every stage.
- Employer Branding & Job Design: Craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels, strengthening the employer brand in the education and EdTech sectors.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws, UGC guidelines, and organizational policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Foster collaboration, morale, productivity, and retention by working closely with people managers and leadership to support the people agenda.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices to position the organization competitively in the talent market.
- 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus in managing Talent acquisition portfolios.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
