We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join our dynamic team. With 1+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field, you will be responsible for managing creators' day-to-day needs and queries.

This is a full-time office-based role offering exciting growth opportunities. You will work closely with a team of colleagues and managers with 8+ years of experience.

  • Manage creators' day-to-day needs and queries via email and other channels
  • Proactively reach out to brands, act on incoming brand queries, and lock brand deals efficiently
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with creators

You will contribute to campaigns by sharing content ideas and understanding content trends. This requires:

  • 1+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • A friendly, approachable personality to maintain strong relationships
