Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in managing air and ocean transactions. This role requires the ability to request bookings with airlines, ensure accurate rates, consolidate and route shipments effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with suppliers/shippers at origin to destination location regarding cargo trace & track/special handling/delivery processes and documentation.

Monitoring and maintaining shipments until completion, keeping customers apprised of export details according to office export operation procedure is also crucial.

Ensuring accuracy and completeness of export documentation by reviewing and verifying documentation is a key responsibility.

Additionally, the professional must verify partner invoices and process vendor payments in a timely manner.

End-to-end coordination for shipment from client and partner for pick-up to clearance till shipment departure is also a requirement.
