Job Description:Smylo is building a leading cat food brand in India. We seek a highly skilled business professional to collaborate with founders on cross-functional initiatives.
This is an intense, high-impact role for someone who enjoys all things business & operations, juggling multiple projects, and exceling at driving outcomes.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems that require strategic thinking and execution.
- Collaborate with Sales to maximise revenue by identifying and addressing funnel leakages, shaping pricing and packaging strategies, and improving team processes.
- Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn through both strategic inputs and process design.
- Lead revenue and capacity planning, aligning resources and targets with team leads.
- Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Prioritize business and sales acumen, with the ability to get hands dirty when necessary.
- Excel at context-switching between domains without losing depth or focus.
- Comfortable operating in early-stage startup environments with adaptability and agency.
