Business Analysis Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven professional to fill this Business Analyst position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management
    • Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis
    • Perform in-depth analyses to uncover insights, trends, and correlations supporting business and product decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization
    • Build intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling
    • Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication
    • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
