Senior Associate Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to generate insights against client objectives.

Job Description

A Senior Associate serves as a core member of the project team, playing a pivotal role in delivering strategic value across the product lifecycle and broader organization. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting primary and secondary research using various sources.
  • Analysing research findings to generate actionable insights.
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive business intelligence deliverables.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, including the production of high-quality client deliverables, attending client meetings and presentations, and managing sub-contractors or project work streams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough analyses and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Postgraduate degree in life sciences (pharma, medicine, or biotechnology).
