Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Protera Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range:Rupees 6-8 lakhs per annum based on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleAs a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively managing the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests received from internal and external customers. This includes answering inbound customer service calls and emails, maintaining high-quality communication with customers, coordinating incident investigation, analysis, and closure by escalating to appropriate support teams, and adhering to all policies and procedures of the Service Desk which operates 24/7 (shift work).
Required Skills and Qualifications- University Degree or Technical/Vocational Certification in Computing, Electronics, or related IT field
- Good communication skills verbal & written in English
- Possess keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
