Job Description:

The Account Development Manager will work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, achieve profitability and increased sales growth in line with targets assigned. This includes mapping key client requirements and providing customized business solutions, creating compelling concepts and marketing strategies, and overseeing the overall production quality of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth
  • Map key client requirements and provide customized business solutions
  • Oversee production quality of events and ensure closure of payment advice

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 6+ years of experience in business development and client service. They should have proven ability to build relationships at senior levels, good client contacts in the corporate sector, and strong presentation skills. The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
