Seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. As an HR Help Desk & Support Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the front office.
Key Responsibilities- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival and ensure a seamless check-in process.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bold and confident personality with a professional demeanor.
- Flexible work timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (9-hour shift).
- Five days working per week.
- Cab facility provided within 7 km from the office location.
