Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Administrative Executive. This position is suitable for who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources and Office Administration. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR functions, ensure smooth office operations, and assist in fostering a productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records and update internal HR databases.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Help organize training and development sessions.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Handle basic employee queries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Support coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of office facilities.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1 Year Experience in HR and Administration Role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Internship or project experience in HR or administrative roles (if any).
- Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus.
