Front Office Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations and materials.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization’s services and policies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Work Environment**:
- Office setting with regular interactions with clients and team members.
- May require occasional overtime or flexibility in working hours.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
