**Job Title**: Front Office Executive

**Location**: Attapur, Hyderabad

**Reports To**: Admin Manager / Principal

**ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDATE**

**Position Overview**

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk, manages incoming calls, and provides administrative support while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Reception & Visitor Management**
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes as required.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments/staff.

**2. Communication Handling**
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.

**3. Administrative Support**
- Maintain student/parent/staff contact databases and records.
- Support the administration team with documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

**4. Front Desk Management**
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage office supplies for the front desk and raise requisitions when needed.
- Coordinate with courier services for parcel dispatch and deliveries.

**5. Compliance & Security**
- Ensure all visitors follow the school’s/organization’s security and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the security team for visitor movement and access control.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Office Administration / Hospitality / Related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience (school/education sector preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local language preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
