
Front Office Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors. This role is critical in creating a welcoming and professional front office environment while efficiently managing administrative and clerical tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages when needed.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per school security protocols.
- Handle student sign-in/out procedures and late arrivals.
- Provide general administrative support including photocopying, filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for school administrators.
- Maintain and update student records as directed.
- Assist in coordinating communication between school staff and parents.
- Monitor inventory and place orders for front office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar front desk or administrative role, preferably in a school setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
