Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist at our Hyderabad location. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, handling receptionist duties, maintaining front office operations, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes answering inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations
  • Strong Customer Service abilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment
