Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, for a Front Office Receptionist. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling phone etiquette, performing front office tasks, and delivering high-quality customer service. Daily tasks will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and coordinating communication within the office.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Experience with Front Office management and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Candidates with prior experience in a similar role are preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
