Front Office & Client Relations Specialist
to be the welcoming face and voice of our company.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a confident, smart, and well-presented professional who can create the
best first impression
for every visitor and client. You will handle front office operations, telecalling for leads generated via social media, and end-to-end client hosting. You will also maintain long-term relationships as a
PR & Client Relations Manager
, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet clients/visitors warmly and professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, telecalling, and follow-up with leads from social media and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with counselors and operations teams to ensure smooth client handling from inquiry to final process.
- Maintain the reception area's professional look and environment.
- Host clients during office visits, offering refreshments and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Act as a
PR relationship manager
— keeping in touch with clients, updating them on progress, and ensuring their satisfaction. - Assist in basic administrative tasks and office coordination.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
, preferably with a pleasant personality and good communication skills. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in
front office, customer service, or client relations
(overseas education industry experience is a plus). - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong telephone etiquette and confident telecalling skills.
- Well-presented, proactive, and energetic.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Compensation & Timings:
- Salary:
₹20,000 per month + incentives on leads generated. - Working Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
