Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Greeting visitors**Receptionists welcome visitors and direct them to the correct person or office.
- **Answering phone calls**Receptionists answer and direct phone calls to the correct department. They may also screen calls and take messages.
- **Managing mail**Receptionists receive, sort, and distribute mail. They may also prepare packages for dispatch and coordinate with logistics partners.
- **Maintaining office supplies**Receptionists take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed.
- **Scheduling meetings**Receptionists schedule meetings for employees and clients. They may also assist with making travel arrangements for employees.
- **Maintaining records **Receptionists keep detailed records of visitor requests, calls received, and office records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
