We are looking for a professional and friendly **Front Desk Receptionist** to manage our reception area. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking messages when necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate information about the spare parts pricing.
- Support HR and administrative teams with operational tasks when required.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Intermediate, degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
- Presentable appearance and a friendly personality.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
