Job Summary:

As a Strategic Business Development Manager - Executive Search, your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and manage end-to-end operations of executive search projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the executive search sector.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Manage end-to-end operations of executive search projects, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
  5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  7. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements in all operations.
  8. Track and analyze sales and operational metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on sales pipeline, project status, and revenue forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian market and hiring landscape, particularly in executive roles across various industries. A proven track record of success in sales and operations within the executive search industry in India is essential. The salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
