Senior Sales Business Manager

Hire Xpert is seeking a skilled Senior Sales Business Manager to lead our building materials division. Located in key cities across India, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to drive sales and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships within the building material industry.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide consistent follow-ups and excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of tiles and interior products.
- Proven sales experience in the building material industry.
- Familiarity with granite, wood veneer, aluminium formwork, glass, UPVC, and plywood.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
