Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Business Development Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and building strong relationships with partners, IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), and Remisers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and acquire new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.

2. Foster close relationships with existing partners and help them onboard clients across our product range.

3. Conduct training sessions for partners on our products, including Direct Equity, Mutual Funds (MFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs), Insurance, Bond, Corporate Fixed Deposit, and more.

4. Ensure exceptional service delivery to partners, providing them with the best possible support and resources.

5. Collaborate with distributors on joint calls to drive sales growth.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in the Equity Broking Industry, preferably with at least 2 years of experience.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a good understanding of Capital Markets, and be able to learn and adapt quickly.

Additionally, having experience in selling Equity broking and investment products, as well as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, would be a significant advantage.
