As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of new businesses. Your expertise in comprehensive financial reporting, business partnering, and controlling functions will drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Provide monthly management reports, track investments, and evaluate financial performance against established business cases.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare budgets, contribute to strategy plan forecasts, and assess business viability.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments, ensure timely book closure, and facilitate financial transaction processing according to service level agreements.
- Process Optimization: Develop process notes and SOPs for key operations, review them periodically, and ensure compliance with relevant finance-related regulations.
- Education: MBA or Chartered Accountant degree
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in risk analysis, risk management, etc.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in business and financial modeling
- Skill in reviewing and vetting agreements
- Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Ability to analyze trends and draw insights from data
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- An analytical mindset
