Job Title:

Strategic Sales Partner

Overview:

As a Strategic Sales Partner, you will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with retailers and distributors. Your primary goal is to increase retail width and product availability while managing the productivity of channel partners and distributors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance distributor relationships and maximize sales potential
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to field sales executives on meeting targets
• Ensure distributors/retailers maintain adequate stocks and develop plans to address any stock deficiencies
• Analyze market trends, competition plans, policies, best practices, and initiatives to stay ahead in the market
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on distribution parameters such as ROI for distributors and retailers
