We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to contribute to the growth of our organization.

Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for various roles, including shop-floor, technical, supervisory, and corporate positions.
  • Work closely with business heads and project managers to understand headcount plans and skills requirements.
  • Coordinate with external agencies/vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in staffing operations or supporting large projects. A Master's degree in HR or related field is preferred. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processing, and popular HRMS/payroll tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors/agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of recruitment metrics.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of progressive HR experience in staffing operations or supporting large projects.
  • Master's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
  • Strong practical knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processing, and popular HRMS/payroll tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
