  • 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors
  • Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support
  • Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred
