Head of Talent Acquisition Job Overview

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Mentor a team of recruiters to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Create workforce plans to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
  • Promote a strong employer brand to attract top fintech and technology talent.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop recruitment campaigns and branding initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Closely collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent trends and best practices to the leadership team.
  • Establish partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
  • Establish key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Implement advanced hiring systems and technology to streamline the process.
Innovation & Market Insights:
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges.
  • Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Able to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles.

This is a full-time position. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
