Job Overview

Hiring a Technical Recruitment Executive to expand our reach and impact.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering meaningful connections with talented professionals, enhancing our employer brand awareness, and driving process improvement across the recruitment function.

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent through innovative job posting and outreach initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with institutional partners to drive mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Design and implement effective screening and assessment processes to identify exceptional candidates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine recruitment processes and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Provide excellent communication and coordination services to clients, ensuring timely and professional feedback.

As a key member of the recruitment team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization by:

  • Posting and managing job adverts across various platforms.
  • Performing active candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Building screening and assessment processes including technical assessments and interviews.
  • Reviewing job applications and marking assessments.
  • Performing background checks on candidates.
  • Creating candidate shortlists for clients.
  • Handling candidate communication and coordination.
  • Continually refining our screening and assessment process.
  • Reporting on and managing recruitment performance.

  • Strong work ethic.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment or scale-up.

This is a fully remote role based in India, working Monday to Friday: 08.00 am - 17.00 pm UK time (13.30 pm - 22.30 pm IST).
