Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the ELT vertical for Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue generation, cost management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Gujarat.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including university and HEI accounts, to drive incremental sales revenue.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve annual targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor and control discounts to meet desired Gross Margin (GM) targets.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in sales or business management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Higher Education sector.
  • Proven track record of fueling business growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to secure deals and build long-term relationships.
  • Experience managing large size distributors and ability to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to empower teams and drive results.
What We Offer:
